Professor Matsumoto made lectures at the prestigious University of Yangon
Prof. Shigeru Matsumoto (Specialty: Corporate Strategy,M & A)of our graduate school gave special lectures on "Management & Entrepreneurship" at the University of Yangon, a prestigious university in Myanmar, in early June. The University will mark its 100th anniversary next year.
This is a part of the Donation Course Program launched by the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Its purpose is to foster young people who can understand Japanese corporate culture and think and act on their own initiative for Japanese companies entering Myanmar in the future.
According to Professor Matsumoto, "All the students in Yangon University were bright. They learned business administration and entrepreneurship and became interested in Japan and Japanese companies."
Our Graduate School will continue to actively promote academic exchange with overseas universities like the above.
