Major achievements

He was responsible for the principal projects of the "Minamiboso Regional Infrastructure Development Project," which received the Internet Association Award at the 2004 Nikkei Regional Informatization Awards, and the "Regional Healthcare Collaboration through Electronic Medical Records at Chiba Prefectural Togane Hospital," which received the 2005 Nikkei Regional Informatization Award. He also served as project director for the Kujukuri Regional Collaborative Information Dissemination Project (2008–2010), funded through the "e-Regional Resource Utilization" grant program of the Foundation for Regional Development.
