専門職連携教育ライフステージIPE Concept
By learning life stage health studies (learning in line with the era of 100-year lifespans), we will carefully care for local residents and contribute to the community.
From childhood to the elderly, there are various stages of life (life stages). Medical welfare workers support people's lives so that they can spend their lives in good health. Josai International University has 3 faculties and 4 departments related to medical and welfare.
本学では、それらの学科の学生が一緒に学び合うことで医療福祉職間の理解を深める専門職連携教育「ライフステージIPE （Interprofessional education）を実施しています。
看護×理学×薬学×福祉が連携し、学びの視野を広げる
IPE（Interprofessional education）は、メインキャンパスがある千葉県東金市と隣接する山武市、大網白里市で実施する専門職連携教育プログラムです。医療薬学科、福祉総合学科、の４学科で高齢化が進む医療過疎地域の住民を支える地域の医療・福祉人材を育成する知恵と工夫を身につけます。

Listen to real-life patient experiences and share them with the group.
You will acquire the ability to imagine yourself and your family's thoughts and painful feelings.
Simulated case study WS
We will consider the cases necessary for the practice of the team approach.
The patient's own thoughts, illness and medicine. Learn to prepare for best care.
Team care theory
Mutual understanding, assertion, and harmony.
Understand the expertise of related occupations involved in team care for better support of the target person.
Elderly simulated experience
Experience the movements, vision, and hearing of the elderly.
The frustration and anxiety of not being able to do things as usual... Get closer to the "feelings" of the elderly.
Care program creation WS
Create a patient care program based on the case.
We propose lifestyle support that assumes each person's individuality, background, and home environment.
Practical IPE
Practice team care at local medical institutions and facilities.
You will study cases in teams and learn how to practice team care at actual sites.
