Men's and Women's Judo Clubs Participate in "Kanto Student Judo Championship Tournament" Women's Participate in All-Japan Tournament for Second Consecutive Year

The men's and women's judo clubs participated in the 2023 Kanto Student Judo Tournament held on May 28th at the Saitama Prefectural Budokan (Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture). The men's judo club won the 3rd place in the second division tournament, and the women's judo club defeated Ibaraki University in the final of the three-person tournament. I won the right to participate in the judo championship tournament for the second consecutive year and a total of 14 times.

Minami Hirao of the women's judo club (3rd year, Department of International Department of International Exchange Studies Faculty of International Humanities) said, "Last year, we lost in the second round and felt frustrated. I would like to aim for," he said enthusiastically.
