The baseball team wins its seventh league title and advances to the All-Japan University Baseball Championship

Our university's baseball team won the 2025 Chiba Prefectural University Baseball Spring League for the seventh time since 2019. As a result, we will be participating in the All-Japan University Baseball Championship for the third time in six years.

The Chiba Prefectural University Baseball League is made up of three divisions, with Keiai University, International Budo University, Chiba University of Commerce, Chuo Gakuin University, and Chiba in the first division, to which our university belongs. In the fierce battles that unfolded over the course of about two months, our university achieved an excellent record of 8 wins, 2 losses, and 2 draws, giving us a winning percentage of .800 (as of May 20th), and successfully won the league.

The players fought tenaciously and never gave up, despite the many difficult situations they faced. In addition to their efforts on the field, the strong cheers of their teammates from the stands gave the players a big push forward. They truly made it to the national stage as a united team.

The All-Japan University Baseball Championship will be held at Tokyo Dome (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) on Monday, June 9th at 2pm. Please cheer on our university's baseball team as they take on the best teams from around the country in the final showdown.
