The Regional Studies Collaborative Project is a class that allows students to learn across departmental boundaries through activities that involve students taking the lead in coming up with solutions to various issues in the area surrounding Chiba Togane Campus. The project began in 2019 and has deepened collaboration with local residents, government, and local businesses. Through the project, students can promote the resolution of local issues and the revitalization of the city, while also cultivating planning, management, and creativity.

The themes announced this time are as follows:
The students expressed what they experienced and learned in their own words, making their presentations easy to understand. At the end of each presentation, valuable feedback was given by the local governments, organizations, and community members who had cooperated.
The students who participated reflected on the project, saying, "I'm glad I participated because it gave me more opportunities to interact with local people and allowed me to have a variety of experiences," and "I'm glad I participated in this project because I learned about the issues and was able to help and assist."
