JIU Academic Conference Research Presentation Venue

On February 26th, the JIU Academic Conference-Sponsored Research Presentation and JIU Interactive Poster Session were held at Chiba Togane Campus. The aim of these initiatives is to make Research results visible and promote inter-departmental exchanges, thereby enhancing Research promotion through interaction between faculty and staff, and to foster cross-departmental collaboration and new collaborative Research.
At the "JIU Academic Conference Research Presentation," three faculty members presented Research using slides, which led to lively discussions with the other teachers in attendance.
At the "JIU Interactive Poster Session," 21 faculty members selected from each Research school, department, and affiliated institute presented their research findings. From the humanities and social sciences to medicine, the latest Research results, symbolizing the diversity of our university as a comprehensive university, were displayed in poster format.

The presentation

On the day of the event, approximately 100 faculty and staff members from both the Tokyo Kioicho and Chiba Togane campuses gathered at the poster venue. Many were seen stopping in front of posters that interested them and listening intently to the presentations. After the presentations, there was an active question and answer session, and participants commented that they "learned a lot about the approaches and ways of thinking about Research in other fields," making it a meaningful opportunity for exchange across disciplinary boundaries.

The event concluded with an awards ceremony and social gathering held at the SOL Diner, where participants actively exchanged information in a relaxed atmosphere. The award recipients and Research themes for this poster session are as follows:
