The 2025 Josai International University Degree Conferment Ceremony and Graduation Ceremony was held on March 14th at Chiba Togane Campus, with 1,528 students celebrating their graduation. Among those who received their degrees were 205 graduate school graduates (including 6 doctoral students), 2 students who submitted doctoral dissertations and were awarded doctoral degrees, 1,227 undergraduate graduates, 2 graduates Japanese Language Program, and 44 exchange students. Of these, 300 were international students from Ireland, the United States, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Spain, Thailand, Norway, France, Brazil, Vietnam, Peru, Mexico, China, and South Korea. Additionally, 50 students completed the "JIU Wellness College Program" program, an educational program for the general public.

In his commencement address, University President Masato Kurabayashi said to the graduates, "We are beginning to see the results of our steady efforts toward realizing a highly inclusive society—a society where we deepen our understanding of 'diversity,' recognize and coexist with one another, and can even create new value. Furthermore, we are required to confront the successive innovations in information technology and artificial intelligence, and to use them appropriately to reliably connect them to new values, new ways of working, and a new society."

Kokoha Kabe (Department Faculty of International Humanities Department of Inter-cultural Studies Humanities), representing the graduating class, reflected on her university life, saying, "By taking the Regional Collaboration Project B, I learned across departmental boundaries and exchanged opinions with classmates from different fields of expertise. I learned the importance of having a multifaceted perspective on things. The international and diverse environment of this university gave us a great opportunity for growth."

Chancellor Award was presented to Ayaka Harada (Faculty of Media Studies) for her significant contributions to the university, including her production and direction of the university commercial, "My Story." The university commercial "My Story" depicts the student life and their lives after graduation. Students handled every aspect of its production, from concept and direction to filming, art direction, lighting, and editing. The commercial, completed using what they learned in class, comes in two versions: a 15-second version and a 30-second version. After its completion, the commercial is available for viewing on the university's official YouTube channel, at events, and on TVer.

After the ceremony, all students were presented with their diplomas in their classrooms, and they bid farewell to their friends and faculty in a harmonious and friendly atmosphere.
