We offer chef-selected Western cuisine. It's open from 11:00, so you can go to class after breakfast. There is also the “Tab Terrace” which offers noodles and set meals, and the cafeteria-style “Fu Terrace”.

There is an office on the 1st floor where you can consult about course registration and scholarships. It is the tallest building on campus.
18 Mizuta Memorial Hall
A hall that can accommodate 500 people. It is mainly used for events, such as summer graduation ceremonies and autumn entrance ceremonies.
19 Carillon
It was completed in 2001 as a symbol of the university. At 9:00 a.m., the bells ring across the campus.
