Kenji Sugibayashi University President The JIU Exchange Poster Session, sponsored by University President, was held on February 27 at Chiba Togane Campus, featuring poster presentations by JIU faculty members.

This poster session was held by a total of 16 faculty members selected from each graduate school, department, and center, with the aim of promoting exchange among our university's faculties, graduate schools, and centers, and promoting cross-faculty research. Did. The event was attended by many faculty members and researchers from outside the university, and a lively exchange of opinions and question-and-answer sessions took place at the venue.

At this poster session, voting was conducted using a judging list at the venue, and based on the voting results, the first to third place winners were selected for the JIU Special Research Award in descending order of the highest average score.
For the award recipients, an award ceremony was held at a networking event (reservations required, for those who wish to attend) that was held after the poster session, and University President presented them with certificates of commendation.
One faculty member who participated said, ``It was a great experience because I was able to hear opinions from people in different fields that I don't normally interact with from perspectives that I wouldn't have noticed on my own, and I learned about issues that I need to work on in the future.'' We received many comments such as:
Furthermore, the idea of Daijiro Katsumi, a second-year Faculty of Media Studies, was adopted for the name of the JIU Special Research Award, and the Naming Design Award was awarded to Mr. Katsumi.

In addition, the first to third place winners of the JIU Special Research Award, which were selected through voting using a screening list held at the venue, are as follows.
