Due to the approach of Typhoons 7 and 8, there is a high possibility of strong winds and heavy rain in the Kanto region on Saturday, June 27th, making it difficult to ensure safety as usual. Prioritizing everyone's safety, our university will close all campuses (Chiba Togane and Tokyo Kioicho) on Saturday, June 27th, and entry to the campuses will be prohibited. Therefore, classes and extracurricular activities will also be canceled all day. On Sunday, June 28th, please also prioritize your safety.

★Please refrain from unnecessary outings.
★Traveling in strong winds or heavy rain is extremely dangerous.
★Please do not approach coastlines, rivers, or low-lying areas.
☆All announcements for students will be made through the JIU Portal, so please be sure to check it.

Faculty of Tourism experiential open campus event scheduled for Sunday, June 28th has also been cancelled, taking into consideration the travel time from the previous day.
