2023 Graduation Ceremony

Japanese Studies Program

2024.03.17

The graduation ceremony was held on March 15, 2024. Two students, one from China and one from Sri Lanka, participated. Some students had difficulty communicating in Japanese when they first enrolled, but now they can speak with a smile. This year was not only about learning Japanese, but also about actively participating in university events and club activities, and meeting new friends. From now on, they will take a new step towards their future.

It was a graduation ceremony full of smiles. Congratulations!

The graduation certificates were presented by Head of Department Hayashibe.

The teachers were also very impressed with their progress.

A graduate from Sri Lanka (pictured left) also came to celebrate.

Students who went on to university and graduated today came to see us.

Students who graduated from the Bekka and went on to university came to express their gratitude to Japanese Studies Program as they graduated from their undergraduate programs. Some students have found the jobs they wanted in Tokyo and will be entering the workforce from April. They are like different people from when they entered the Bekka, and they have become fluent in Japanese and have grown into reliable people. I would like to congratulate you all on your future.
