He was in charge of the main projects for the "Minamiboso Regional Infrastructure Development Project," which won the Nikkei Regional Information Technology Award 2004 Internet Association Award, and the "Regional Medical Collaboration through Electronic Medical Records Chiba Hospital," which won the Nikkei Regional Information Technology Award 2005. He was also the person in charge of the Kujukuri Regional Collaboration Information Dissemination Project (2008, 2009, 2010), a grant project of the Regional Comprehensive Development Foundation's "e-Regional Resource Utilization" program.
