2023 Asia Digital Art Award Exhibition FUKUOKA Excellence Award Winner!

メディア学部ニューメディアコースの学生ユニット・メディアデザインラボ（代表：坂本美紅）が制作した作品「common」が「2023アジアデジタルアート大賞展FUKUOKA」の学生カテゴリー／インタラクティブアート部門で優秀賞を受賞しました。

"Common" is a device that manipulates words and brings out their interestingness. Simply press the button and move the red lever up or down to hear the synthesized voice. This media art piece allows you to play with a variety of words, from words with regional attributes to homophones.
It is also an educational toy, allowing you to enjoy learning about the differences in intonation of words.

The students who created this work are members of the Media Design Lab who participated in the ``Media Design Production Project'' for first to fourth year students, and are researching interactive art, speculative design, etc.
I have created interactive art works and won awards at ISCA and student CG contests.
New Media Course will continue to apply to off-campus competitions and exhibit works off-campus.

*"Asia Digital Art Award Exhibition FUKUOKA" started in 2001 and advocates the fusion of logical thinking and artistic perfection against the backdrop of advanced media technology, and is a world-class art exhibition deeply rooted in Asian culture and climate.
