On February 17th, we held a ``Job Consultation Session and Exchange Meeting with Alumni'' for third-year students Faculty of Tourism at the Tokyo Kioicho Campus.

This event is a unique employment support program offered Faculty of Tourism since 2018. Graduates who are active in a variety of fields, including the tourism industry and those with experience in recruitment work, provide employment support to juniors who are job hunting. This year, eight graduates from the first class who graduated in 2009 to those who graduated last March gathered together.

This year, we surveyed students in advance about their preferred support methods. In addition to the mock interviews that we have held in previous years, this year we have added support programs such as industry-specific employment consultations and self-promotion corrections at the request of current students.

Finally, we held a networking event with alumni, current students, and faculty members who had participated in mock interviews and job counseling. Unlike during the interviews, the atmosphere was relaxed and the graduates seemed to carefully respond to the students' concerns and questions one by one. The students who participated said, ``I received advice from a perspective that I wouldn't normally notice, and it was a valuable opportunity before the actual event.''
