At Josai International University, applications can be submitted online 24 hours a day from anywhere in Japan.

- Be sure to print required documents such as your application form. They can also be printed using printers at convenience stores.

STEP 1: Application Registration
From an internet-connected device, review the displayed instructions and any important notes, then follow the on-screen guidance to complete the required entries.

STEP 2 Payment
Once registration is complete, please note the Payment Reference Number displayed on the payment site. Use this number to pay your application fee through one of the methods below.

STEP 3 Print and submit the required documents
After paying the application fee, please mail the following required documents.The application form will be available to print once your payment is complete. Please ensure you print it out.

Combine general admissions with the Common Test for University Admissions to save even more with our multiple application discount. For multiple applications within the same period, the fee is reduced by 2,000 yen per additional department for General Admissions, and by 1,000 yen per additional department for the Common Test for University Admissions.
