message

There is a saying, "A pinch is an opportunity." It can be said that tourism, which has been hit hard by the corona disaster, is now in that state. Now that we are finally seeing signs of recovery, what path should tourism take in the future? Rather than simply restoring it to its original state, I think that a new type of sightseeing that has been upgraded is needed. The new path is the use of IT such as VR and MR, the provision of new and rich tourism experiences such as environmental education and nature experiences, and the “responsible tourism” that guarantees sustainability without destroying the natural environment and local culture. “Responsible Tourism” is beginning to emerge, but no one knows the correct answer yet. New paths are always born from young minds. In other words, students are the ones closest to the answer. Faculty members provide the knowledge, opportunities and experiences you need to discover new paths. People who can think and act not only for tourism but also for the future of human society are in demand. I'll do my best to back you up, so why don't you go find a new road together? We are looking forward to your challenge.
