Certificates and various notification forms Campus Life

The issuing office and the number of days until issuance of the certificate will vary depending on the content. Please check the link and apply with plenty of time.

◆ Current students ①Download the Certificate Request Form

② Print and fill in the necessary information

③ Purchase a 500 yen ticket from the ticket machine in front of Student Affairs and Support Services Department.

④ Attach the stamp to the certificate application form

⑤Submit a certificate application at the Bekka Office (it will be issued within 2 days of submission)

For students of Bekka who wish to work part-time
After arriving in Japan, students will meet with their advisor to check their living conditions, class attitude, and attendance rate for three months, and after receiving approval from the head of the department, they will be able to work part-time.
When working part-time, please observe the following points.
1) Maintain a class attendance rate of 90% or above.
② When your part-time job placement has been decided or changed, you must submit a "Part-time Job Employment Notification Form" to the Special Course Office.
③ Submit the "Pledge for Extra-Qualification Activities" to the Bekka Office.
4) If your grades start to drop, you start to be late more often, or you are having problems with your life as a student abroad, quit your part-time job.
