Why I Chose AEC

After working for two years following graduation from a university in Vietnam, I decided to continue my studies to improve my qualifications and expand my career opportunities. I chose GSIA because the program combines academic knowledge with practical skills that can be applied in professional settings. I also wanted to gain the tools and competencies needed to become a global citizen and build an international career.

What I Learned

At GSIA, I conducted research on whether the return on invested capital (ROIC) of fast-moving consumer goods companies in the Asia-Pacific region is influenced by the cash conversion cycle. Through Professor Goro Komatsu’s seminar, I regularly presented my research progress and received valuable guidance on developing my study. I also benefited from learning alongside students working on diverse research topics and improved both my English and Japanese skills through the bilingual seminar environment.

Career After Graduation

My goal is to build an international career by applying the knowledge, research skills, and global perspective I gained at GSIA. The program has helped me develop both the academic expertise and practical skills needed to work in a global environment and pursue professional opportunities around the world.
