Applications for the Asia Summer Program 2023 at Bangkok University in Thailand are now being accepted!　アジアサマープログラム2023（タイ　バンコク大学で開催）の募集を開始しました！

The Asia Summer Program (ASP) is an international summer program that spans over a period of three weeks. It is designed to delve into topics that are pertinent to individuals around the world. Since its inception in 2012, ASP has been a powerful tool in fostering a connection between different cultures, promoting creativity and collaboration, and inspiring students and faculty members to explore the nuances of our culture and enhance the interconnectedness of our institutions. The program offers a welcoming and multicultural learning environment, where students from various Asian universities can come together both online and onsite.

ASP 2023: The Connected Classroom offers a study abroad initiative where participating students are able to select from two programs, as follows.

Program A: Powering the Future: How Innovation and Soft Power Drive the World A
2-week of online learning via Zoom, during July 3-14, 2023, where the participants take 2 courses and earn 6 credits, as described below

Course A: Digital Technology and Innovation in Emerging Industries explores the ways in which digital technology and innovation are shaping the world we live in, including our learning and views of the world, during July 3-9, 2023

Course B: Soft Power and Interconnectedness explores the ways in which we coexist in our global community. The program provides diverse viewpoints through guest lecturers from partner institutions, during July 10-14, 2023

Program B: Innovation and Soft Power, with Immersive Learning in Thailand
Program B is a comprehensive learning opportunity that spans over three weeks. The program is divided into two parts: the first two weeks consist of online learning via Zoom, and the third week involves traveling to Bangkok, Thailand, for an immersive cultural learning experience. Participants will be able to earn a total of 9 credits from Bangkok University upon completion of the program, as detailed below.

Course B: Soft Power and Interconnectedness explores the ways in which we coexist in our global community. The program provides diverse viewpoints through guest lecturers from partner institutions, during July 10-14, 2023

Course C: Immersive Learning: A Global Journey in Thailand offers a one-week activity where participants participate in various activities and explore different cultures, during July 16-23, 2023

アジアサマープログラム（ASP）は、アジア各国を中心とした学生の交流推進を目的として、タイ、韓国、インドネシア、マレーシア、日本にある5大学によって、2013年にスタートしたプログラムです。昨年は、城西国際大学が幹事校を務め、オンラインで開催されました。

2023年は、タイのバンコク大学での開催となり、7月3日～14日はオンラインで、7月16日～23日は対面で行われます。オンラインだけでの参加とオンラインと対面両方での参加のどちらかを選べます。多くの皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。
