The All-English Program (AEP)—Minor in International Liberal Arts—develops globally minded individuals who connect Japan with the world, by offering specialized subjects entirely in English across business, communications, culture, tourism, pharmaceutical sciences, and more.

Classes take place at the Chiba Togane Campus, where a diverse community of students meets and interacts. Studying in English alongside international students from many countries offers not only international exchange but also a way to prepare for studying abroad and to maintain your English proficiency after you return.
